Junior Programme Officer
1. Preference: Person with Disability / Female
2. Age: 18 – 30 years
3. Qualification: M.S.W preferred (Minimum graduation in any
discipline)
4. Experience: At least 3 years in a Community Development
Programme. Experience of working with DPOs / SHGs at grass root
level an advantage; Ability to work in MS Office - Word, Excel and
Power-point.
5. His /her responsibilities will include: Managing CBRF’s
relationship with Partners, Resource Persons, Training Centres;
Facilitating planning, executing, monitoring and closing projects;
Preparing reports and documentation on project stage and progress,
case studies etc.
6. Language: Fluent in: written and spoken: English; Spoken
knowledge of : Hindi (Knowledge of other languages an advantage)
7. Salary: Gross Salary of Rs. 15,000/- per month.
8. Other Benefits: CBRF offers Medical Insurance, Accidental
Insurance, Festival gift, Medical reimbursement per annum, Per diem
during outstation travel.
