CBR Forum Board has 2 institutional members and can have a maximum of 13 other members.

An Executive Committee of 5 members is formed from amongst the members.

The legal holder is Caritas India.

The Board meets three times a year.

The Forum has a Chairperson and a secretariat with a Director and other administrative staff.
